Real estate is a trust business before it is a construction business
BhuLaxmi Developers & Co. began with a straightforward observation: in Odisha, buyers rarely lose money on bricks — they lose it on paperwork, on promises made verbally, and on projects that change hands halfway through. We built the practice around removing that risk.
What began as a single plotted development in Bhubaneswar has grown into an end-to-end house covering property development, design-led construction and bespoke interior design. A client can buy land from us, build on it with us, and move into interiors we detailed — with one point of accountability throughout.
We remain deliberately small. Every project carries a named person responsible for it, and the founders remain reachable on the phone number published on this site.
